Fresh Meat is a New Zealand movie about, to quote the blurb:
"A dysfunctional gang of criminals take a middle class Maori family hostage and discovers too late that they are cannibals."
Sounds ok, but that doesn't even come close to explain what's going on in this film, it is a thrill ride what a lot of twists and turns, laugh out load moments and even a bit of splatter/gore thrown in, what's not to love.
It stars Temuera Morrison who played the voice of Bobba Fett in the 2004 DVD release of The Empire Strikes back and Jango Fett in the prequels, as well as Aquamans dad!
This is a little bit of a hidden gem, it won't be for everyone but if this sounds like your sort of thing then I'm sure it'll entertain you for 91 mins, enjoy!
